x9999 Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and x9999 ("x9999", "we", "us", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the x9999 website at x9999.app, its subdomains, and all associated services including the casino, sportsbook, and cashier functions (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the x9999 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

x9999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number on file. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the x9999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are registering in your own legal name and on your own behalf;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of x9999 or any of its affiliated companies;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the x9999 Platform or had an account closed for Terms violation;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and in accordance with all applicable laws of your jurisdiction.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. x9999 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time and may request supporting documentation including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

x9999 does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. Players in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining whether their participation is compliant with applicable local regulations. x9999 makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction.

3. Account Management

Each Player may hold only one active account on the x9999 Platform. The opening or use of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, x9999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets, and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. x9999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access resulting from a Player's failure to secure their credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify x9999 support immediately and enable two-factor authentication.

Account closure may be requested at any time by contacting x9999 customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining balance (net of pending bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method. Accounts under active investigation for Terms violations may be suspended pending the outcome of that investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

x9999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are detailed on the cashier page.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. x9999 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be refunded and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of request. x9999 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa for fully verified accounts, subject to the volume of pending requests.

x9999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including but not limited to requesting source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding PKR 200,000 in a calendar month. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the satisfactory completion of such due diligence.

Players acknowledge that x9999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network operators (including Jazz, Telenor, Zong, Ufone, and Warid), or banking institutions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

x9999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including but not limited to: wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits whilst a bonus is active, expiry periods, and withdrawal restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and must be wagered before conversion to withdrawable funds;
• The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified;
• Live casino games and sports betting may contribute differently (or not at all) towards wagering requirements — refer to individual bonus terms;
• Maximum single bet whilst wagering a bonus is Rs 1,000 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower;
• Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue unless a different period is stated;
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk staking strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

x9999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice where it determines that the offer is being exploited or abused.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the x9999 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event. Sport-specific rules, settlement procedures, and void conditions are published in the sportsbook Help section. Casino game rules are published on individual game information pages.

x9999 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by: technical errors resulting in materially incorrect odds; obvious pricing errors; market manipulation; match-fixing or integrity violations; or any other circumstance in which the integrity of the event or wager is compromised.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or event, the decision of x9999 (and, where applicable, the relevant game provider or sporting governing body) shall be final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x9999 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information betting;
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the Platform;
• Opening accounts on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to use your account;
• Providing false identity documents during KYC verification;
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour directed at x9999 staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the x9999 Platform, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and user interface design, is the property of x9999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of x9999.

9. Privacy & Data

x9999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent subject to the conditions described therein. x9999 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Responsible Gaming

x9999 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps, applied immediately upon request;
• Loss Limits: Caps on net losses over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic alerts and session termination after a defined duration;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing session duration and net result;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months, during which account access, marketing communications, and re-registration are all blocked.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x9999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from: interruption or unavailability of the Platform; loss of data or winnings due to technical failure; reliance on information published on the Platform; or any other matter arising from your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. x9999 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the Platform. In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties, x9999's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

12. Amendments & Termination

x9999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Platform or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice, for technical, commercial, regulatory, or any other reason. Where the Platform is terminated, x9999 will use reasonable efforts to process outstanding withdrawal requests for verified accounts within a reasonable timeframe.

x9999 may terminate a Player's account immediately and without prior notice upon discovery of any breach of these Terms. In such cases, x9999 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, void all pending wagers, and retain any funds traceable to prohibited conduct.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x9999 is licensed and registered. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through x9999's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Players in Pakistan acknowledge that x9999 operates as an international platform and that disputes will be resolved under the governing jurisdiction's legal framework, not under Pakistani law. Nothing in these Terms creates any right enforceable under Pakistani domestic law.
